国际谷物与豆类分委会2009年标准复审工作开始

　
　　国际标准化组织谷物与豆类分技术委员会（ ISO/TC34/SC4）2009年的标准复审工作已经于2009年4月15日开始。今年复审的标准是：

　　1、IS0 9648:1988 Sorghum - Determination of tannin content 高粱-单宁酸含量的测定；

　　2、ISO 11051:1994 Durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) -Specification 杜仑麦-规格；

　　3、ISO 11052:1994 Durum wheat flour and semolina -Determination of yellow pigment content 杜仑麦粉和粗粒粉-黄色素含量的测定；

　　4、ISO 20483:2006 Cereals and pulses- Determination of the nitrogen content and calculation of the crude protein content -Kjeldahl method 谷物和豆类-氮含量的测定和粗蛋白含量的计算-凯氏定氮法；

　　5、ISO 21415-1:2006 Wheat and wheat flour- Gluten content —Part 1:Determination of wet gluten by a manual method 小麦和小麦粉-面筋含量—第1部分：湿面筋的测定-手洗法；

　　6、ISO21415-2:2006 Wheat and wheat flour -Gluten content —Part 2:Determination of wet gluten by mechanical means 小麦和小麦粉-面筋含量—第2部分：湿面筋的测定-机洗法；

　　7、ISO21415-3:2006 Wheat and wheat flour- Gluten content —Part 3:Determination of dry gluten from wet gluten by an oven drying method 小麦和小麦粉-面筋含量—第3部分：干面筋的测定- 烘箱干燥法；

　　8、ISO21415-4:2006 Wheat and wheat flour - Gluten content —Part 4:Determination of dry gluten from wet gluten by a rapid drying method 小麦和小麦粉-面筋含量的测定—第4部分：干面筋的测定-快速干燥法。

　　以上8个标准的复审截止时间为2009年9月15日。国家粮食局标准质量中心也开始组织国内各有关单位和专家对上述标准进行复审，并向社会公开征求意见。请各有关单位和个人于2009年5月30 日前，将意见反馈到国家粮食局标准质量中心。
